Boyfluid, also known as manfluid, guyfluid, fluid male or genderfluid boy/man/male, is a type of genderfluidity where one changes between male, neutral, androgynous, and genderless identities.

Their gender can change at random or it may vary in response to different circumstances and with different intensities, but it never encompasses female genders.

Boyfluid is very similar to boyflux and genderfaunet and one can use it interchangeably with them, however it is a more specific type of genderfluidity and links the individual less to masculinity and more to boyhood or the term of "boy" and "male".

Blue is a colour typically associated with boys, and the different shades represents that no matter the intensity, there is most of the time a link to boyhood in some shape or form. Green represents genders outside the binary, and black represents a lack of gender or a genderless identity.
