Genderwhat is the inability to understand the concept of gender or of having a gender, due to neurodivergence. Genderwhat individuals may also identify as neurogender.

”-what” can be used as a suffix for other genders as well. Some examples are: girlwhat, boywhat, intergenderwhat, etc.

Quoigender may be considered a non-neurodivergent-exclusive version.
