Kilogender was coined on July 31, 2018 by Tumblr user arco-pluris alongside hexagender, decagender, platilligender, billiogender, milliogender, trilligender, zilliogender, bentrizilligender, centilliogender, pentagender, heptagender, and octagender.[1] The kilogender flag was created on April 16th, 2021 by Fandom user Pastelgalaxy12.[3]
