Mod Che
Mod Che uses a number of pronoun sets, including they/them (as used here), Bx/Bxy, An/Anon, and So/Sol. Che apparently has including 300+ gender identities, including Exoplafluid, Lovecoric, Damocloifluid, and Candyrox. Mod Che is, according to them, a first generation American from their father's side, and (coming from the same side) a Yoruba Nigerian.
Mod Hader
Mod Hader uses a number of pronouns, including Shx/Hxr (as used here), Flu/Flux, 1/1s, and Ro/Rose. Flu hasn't shared information about 1s identities.
Mod Shady
Mod Shady (formerly Mod Skarsgard) is the last of the original three Mogai-Monarchs moderators. He coined Slimic and Shadic, and uses a number of pronoun sets, including He/Him (as used here), Shay/Shade, Rap/Rapper, and Emin/Emine. His list of pronouns also includes a number of emoji and number pronouns.
Mod Starry
Mod Starry one of the newest moderators on the blog. Ae uses a number of pronoun sets, including Ae/Aem, Co/Cozy, Laz/Lazuli, and Vo/Voc. Ae also uses one set of number pronouns and a number of emoji pronouns.

MOGAI-Monarchs started posting on July 23, 2020. As of September 20, 2020, Mod Em put out that the blog had passed 400 followers[1]
The blog became inactive in 2021 due to running the blog being bad for the moderator's mental health[2] and them being burnt out.[3]
The moderators have also started their own MOGAI and LGBT archive blog (similar to variant-archive, lgbtqiarchive, etc.), under the name Monarchive, likely a play on the 'monarchs' part of their original URL. Thus far, the blog has only reblogged posts from the Mogai-Monarchs blog, but may have been intended to branch out eventually, as they've claimed to want to be a completely comprehensive archive of MOGAI and LGBT terms, flags, etc. However, the blog's been inactive since July 21, 2020, with the last post it reblogged being a gender help ask from MOGAI-Monarchs.
Controversy
Moderators on the blog were open about users on the LGBTA Wiki redefining terms they'd coined to add things that were not part of the original definition. According to Mod Shady, this happened repeatedly and contributed to the blog becoming inactive.
