Silvagender comes from the Latin word, "silva" meaning forest. Silvagender is a gender that is connected to both forests and the night.

The flag is dark grey, green, and white. The dark grey in the flag symbolises night time. The green symbolises forests and nature. The white line symbolises the fact that Silvagender is a non-binary identity.

Silvagender has sibling genders of Silvagirl and Silvaboy, meaning a gender connected to both forests and the night with a feminine or masculine lean respectively. The only difference between those flags and the Silvagender flag is a pink stripe instead of the white one for Silvagirl and a blue stripe instead of a white one for Silvaboy.
